Shipping policy
Processing & production times In-stock items (apparel, stickers, magnets, and cards) are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order items — paper prints, canvas giclées, and framed art — are produced individually by our fine-art lab and generally take 2–4 weeks to produce and ship. If we can't meet an expected timeframe, we'll reach out with an update.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Duties, taxes & customs (international orders) For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, customs charges, or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.
Freight items Some items — framed art and other large or fragile pieces — ship by freight. We'll coordinate these deliveries with you directly.
Address changes & cancellations Need to fix an address or detail? Email as soon as possible. Please note that made-to-order items (prints and framed art) enter production quickly and cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, or a tracked package appears lost, contact us at and we'll make it right.
